About this event
It’s Okay Not to Know What’s Next
How to navigate the moment when you know something needs to change, but you don’t yet know how.
A real and human space to pause, make sense of what you’re going through right now, and walk away with practical tools to navigate moments of uncertainty and change.
No pressure to decide.
No need to force answers.
Just space to reconnect with yourself and your own inner rhythm.
This workshop is for you if:
✔ You feel like something in your life no longer fits
✔ You know you need a change, but don’t know what it is yet
✔ The lack of clarity feels overwhelming or anxiety-inducing
✔ You’re experiencing mental noise or emotional overwhelm
✔ You’re moving through a personal or professional transition
What we’ll explore:
— Why this stage of life can feel so uncomfortable
— How to quiet the mental noise and pressure to “figure it all out”
— How to reconnect with yourself through guided breathwork and deeper body awareness
— How to start listening to what is changing within you
— How to leave with more calm, clarity, and connection to your next step — even if it’s a small one
