Join Maggie for a high-energy movement experience where strength & conditioning, deep house beats, and immersive visuals come together. This class is built to make you feel strong and energised — like a workout and a club moment in one.

Expect a session with uplifting rhythms, spicy build-ups, and feel-good drops that carry you from warm-up to the final cool down — surrounded by a 360° visual experience that pulls you out of your head and into your body. Lights, sound, and imagery work together so you can experience the workout through all your senses.
We build real strength, power, and conditioning while riding the beat — pushing the body, clearing the mind, and getting that good burn in your muscles.
