In TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), this is the season of the Lung and Large Intestine meridians — the Metal element, governing breath, boundaries, and release.

As the days shorten, the body naturally wants to turn inward, exhale what no longer serves it, and prepare for stillness.

This XL YinYang Workshop is a deep, extended practice combining Yin and Yang yoga with meridian theory — moving through the Lung and Large Intestine pathways to support your body’s natural autumn rhythm: breathing deeper, letting go of tension, grief, or what you’ve been holding onto.

Expect long holds, breathwork, and a slower pace designed to help your nervous system shift with the season — not against it.
