这不是一场普通的工作坊，
而是一段深深触动灵魂的旅程。
一次向内的凝望，
也是一次温柔的家族和解。
在很多华人家庭中，
我们从小就被教导要懂事、要努力、要“为父母争光”。
我们学会了听话、牺牲、压抑真实的感受，
把自己的梦想悄悄放到一边，去成为“父母希望的我”。
但有一天，我们开始累了。
我们不确定自己在为谁而活。
我们内心渴望自由，但又感到愧疚。
我们想靠近父母，但彼此之间却始终隔着一层无法言说的距离。
家庭系统排列 是一扇通往真相的大门。
它温柔地揭示我们生命中那些看不见却深深影响我们的家族力量。
它让我们有机会站在新的位置上，看见：
有些沉默背后是爱，有些压力背后是恐惧。
有些我们以为是“责任”的东西，其实并不属于我们。
🌿 在这个家排工作坊中，我们将一起：
• 看见家族中那些未被说出的故事与情感
• 尊重父母的命运，同时找回自己的自由
• 松开那些代代相传的压力与模式
• 用一种更深的方式，重新与父母、与原生家庭、与自己连结
你可以带着一个清晰的问题来，也可以只是带着一份模糊的心痛。
不需要经验，只需要一颗愿意敞开的心。
你不是一个人。我们都在这条回家的路上。
在我们共享的空间里，我们不评判、不急着改变，
我们只是静静地聆听生命的流动，
聆听祖辈的声音，
也聆听你内心真正的渴望。

🌸 关于杨梅
我的中文名字叫杨梅。我出生于中国云南，在荷兰生活了超过25年。我一生的工作都围绕着人与文化的连接，从协助中欧跨文化合作，到陪伴海外的华人家庭。我亲眼见证了理解、共情与真诚的连接，能够如何深刻地改变一个家庭在异国他乡的关系与生活。
近年来，我与许多生活在海外的第一代华人父母一起工作。我看见了他们的孤独，看见了他们在与自己成长环境截然不同的文化中养育孩子所面临的挑战，也看见了他们深藏心底的渴望：既想支持孩子成长，又因远离故土、亲人以及年迈的父母而怀抱着深深的牵挂与心酸。
与此同时，我也走进了他们孩子的世界，那些聪明而敏感的第二代年轻人。他们在寻找自我身份，在忠于父母与发出自己声音的渴望之间努力寻找平衡。
能够与第一代和第二代华人分享系统排列与家庭系统排列的工作，对我而言有着特别的意义。我相信这种工作可以成为一座桥梁，一个让连接、理解与信任得以生长的空间。在这个空间里，两代人都有自由做出自己的选择，也能够在更深的、灵魂层面上遇见彼此。

💗 Family Constellations Workshop (Guided in Chinese)
This is not just an ordinary workshop.
It is a soul-touching journey inward —
a moment of deep reflection,
and a gentle reconciliation with your family lineage.
In many Chinese families,
we were raised to be obedient, hardworking, and to "bring honor to our parents."
We learned to be good, to sacrifice, to suppress our true feelings —
quietly putting aside our own dreams in order to become “the child our parents hoped for.”
But one day, we begin to feel tired.
We start to wonder: Who am I really living for?
Inside, we long for freedom — but we also carry guilt.
We want to be closer to our parents — yet there’s a silence, a distance, that words cannot bridge.
Family Constellations opens the door to truth.
It gently reveals the unseen forces in our family systems that shape our lives in profound ways.
It gives us the chance to stand in a new place and see clearly:
Behind silence, there is often love.
Behind pressure, there may be fear.
And some of the “duties” we carry so heavily may not even belong to us.
🌿 In this constellation workshop, we will:
– Bring to light the unspoken stories and emotions in our family system
– Honour our parents’ fate while reclaiming our own freedom
– Release inherited pressures and patterns passed down through generations
– Reconnect with our parents, our original family, and ourselves — in a deeper and more compassionate way
You may arrive with a clear question, or simply with a quiet ache in your heart.
No experience is needed — only a willingness to open.
You are not alone. We are all walking this path of return.
In this shared space, we do not judge.
We do not rush to fix or change.
We simply listen —
to the movement of life,
to the voices of our ancestors,
and to the true longing within your heart.
You are warmly invited.
