Samen vertragen, tot rust komen en opnieuw verbinding maken met jezelf en anderen.

In deze warme groep creëren we een veilige plek waar je welkom bent en waar niets moet. We focussen op het kalmeren van het zenuwstelsel, meer lichaamsbewustzijn en het versterken van verbinding — met jezelf en met anderen.

We werken op een zachte en laagdrempelige manier via:

rustige wandelingen in de natuur
eenvoudige creatieve activiteiten
momenten van ontmoeting en uitwisseling

Zo kan je stap voor stap terug meer rust, balans en draagkracht ervaren.
