Contact Impro Weekend & Work exchange

This dance-gathering is based on a work-exchange format. By contributing 2x3 hours of simple, physical work, we manage to keep the costs accessible and the quality high!

We dance.
We work and move in nature.
We share vegetarian meals.
We dance, rest and reconnect.


The Core of the this Weekend is focussed around Contact Improvisation and spending time in nature.

A beautiful studio & forest are inviting us to dance and practice together deep listening, playful collisions and meditation/yoga or bodywork. There are different time slots where you have FREE time and you are able to propose your ideas or simply meet in the studio for some CI exploration time.

In the evening and morning, we will offer different scores & Jams and a contemplative dance practice as a movement meditation form. The Sunday Jam is also open for guests. (book your ticket)

If you or your partner are not so much into dancing CI, there will be plenty of space and time to just hang out, read, paint or go for long walks into the nature… Kids are welcome!

The main task for the work exchange is to gather, prepare and stack fire-wood from the forest, helping in the kitchen or small construction work in and around the house. Think of Work as movement, then Movement becomes a dance.

Besides the 2x3 hours of work, we are all responsible for doing the dishes together and keep the dance floor clean.

You can bring your tent, reserve a bed in the dormitory or book your private room.

We have a special helpers slot for those that are available before the weekend starts.
Please write us if you are interested to come a few days earlier to prepare the house for this event. You will have a room together and share food with us.

Accommodation & Contribution
Various sleeping options are available (tent, shared rooms, private rooms).
Prices range from €100 to €180 per person for 3 nights including food.

One Double bed (for 2 people - to be booked together)
