We komen samen om te verbinden met de leden van de VZW ‘In Verbinding’ en in het kader van de week rond geestelijke gezondheid. Enkel leden of wie overweegt lid te worden van de VZW kunnen n ticket boeken hiervoor. We gaan in verbinding door life muziek, mantra’s, meditatie, ademwerk, lichaamsbeweging,…of wat op het moment zelf nodig is. Heb je zin om te 'ont-dekken' en te 'ont-wikkelen' wie je werkelijk bent, dan ben je helemaal welkom op deze cirkel. Tijd voor zelfliefde
