Navigating perimenopause, menopause, or a deeper midlife shift?

This women’s circle is a gentle and meaningful space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in the company of other women moving through a similar transition.

Hosted in the warm and intimate setting of MIR Concept in Brussels, this gathering is an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and listen more deeply to what is changing within you.

Together, we will explore this phase not only as a biological transition, but as a threshold into greater clarity, self-trust, and inner wisdom.

During the evening, you will be invited to:
– connect with the archetype of the Wise Woman
– gently release old versions of yourself
– share and reflect in a safe, supportive circle
– feel less alone in this transition

This is for women who want more than symptom management — women who want to meet this life phase with presence, meaning, and connection.

We gather at 18h30 for a non-alcoholic drink (courtesy!) and meet and greet.
The event starts at 19h.
