9D Breathwork is an immersive, multi-layered somatic healing experience that combines conscious breathing with nine elements of sound, including binaural brain entrainment, 432 Hz music, and guided coaching.
It aims to bypass the conscious mind to release stored trauma, anxiety, and tension, offering deep nervous system regulation in a single session.

The sessions will be held 22 August -16 September and will take approximately 1.5 hours each.

The package will include two activation journeys and two down regulation journeys (you could partake in one, two, three, or four of them it is your choice, but if you can I would recommend all four).

The 9D Brathwork package would include:
Evening one: Healing ancestral lines (activation)
Evening two: 9DMT cellular regeneration (down regulation)
Evening three: Letting go (activation)
Evening four: Anchor to presence (down regulation)

The cost of each journey would be 20 euro each if you are joining the Maori Healing training
