The Relational Playfield is a time-space bubble, a relational lab to experiment & explore human connections.
To cultivate
authentic,
vibrant,
vulnerable,
and sincere relations.
Each unique edition is shaped by the meeting between two facilitators - two universes - and what emerges between them.
For this first edition, Alizé is joined by Daphné, Relational & Emotional Intelligence Coach, who will share with us some of her authentic relating practices that invite depth, emotional expression, real & raw human connection.
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩
We begin by opening the body, softening the edges, and gradually building a co-regulated group field.
From there, we take deep dive within ourselves...making space for more vulnerability, more depth.
Ultimately, we invite play & lightness, navigating the different dimensions of being alive our human bodies.
In a cocoon, we will spend the end of the day flowing through a blend of body-based & heart-opening practices.
This is an invitation to shed layers together and allow ourselves to be seen, within a guided container.
Practices draw their inspiration from various modalities the two facilitators have trained in :
authentic relating, possibility management, authentic touch, tantra & neo-tantra, embodiment work, nervous system regulation tools & polyvagal theroy, physical theatre, improvisation, active meditations, psycho-somatic practices,...

Daphné discovered authentic relationships in Denmark, where she lived for three years. This practice came at the perfect time with the arrival of COVID, as she spent many weeks indoors with a small group, building connections, welcoming emotions, and navigating tensions. She learned by doing.
Since then, she has become a certified facilitator in authentic relationships and a therapist specializing in emotional expression.
She has already guided over 500 people toward their authenticity through 50+ workshops and individual therapy sessions.
Her unique toolkit combines art therapy, nonviolent
communication, and emotional work.
In her workshops in Brussels, she creates a safe space where everyone can ground themselves, feel, and reconnect with their true selves. Her approach? Less theory, more transformative experiences. Because authenticity isn’t something you learn—it’s something you live.

𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙧 — 𝘼𝙡𝙞𝙯é
Alizé is a workshop facilitator with 28 years of lived experience in playfulness and aliveness. Over the past 8 years, she has immersed herself in a wide range of conscious and embodied spaces — experiences that have deeply transformed her path.
She is certified in Psycho-Somatic & Breathwork Therapy, in addition to other diverse trainings.
Her passion lies in infusing more pleasure, authenticity and embodied presence into the relationship we have with ourselves — and with one another.
Through her Playground workshops, participants reconnect with their inner child, their curiosity, and their vulnerability.
Her more recent Sensual Playground editions explore soft, slow and tender sensuality in community.
The “Come Closer” gatherings invite both lightness and depth — meeting each other in silliness, sensitivity and sincerity.
