We come into life through the meeting of two vital energies of our father and mother. They shape our beginnings and continue to live within us as an inner polarity.
Over time, the natural tension between these energies can turn into inner conflict. We may feel pulled in different directions, losing our sense of clarity, vitality, and direction -- what was once a source of creation becomes a source of confusion.

These sessions invite you to a space where these two sides can be heard, felt softened, and help you to see potential for a new relationship. In this process of healing it is not about choosing one side over the other, but about restoring a living rhythm between them — where both energies have space to rest, to express, and to create.

Using music and silence, movement and stillness, these subtle and guided meditations will help you to explore these two energies as they exist within you, here and now - through the body, the senses, natural impulses, movement and creativity.

Paradoxically, working with your inner polarity is a way to disidentify from both -- to connect to a third and deeper layer within you; the space of meditation, being, and the witnessing consciousness of the heart. This is where the connection between them can happen on its own, and we can start to bring a natural flow back to our life.
