About this event

In this intimate circle we explore the breath as a tool to tend to our mental, physical and emotional state of being. By consciously connecting to your breath you can learn to navigate your mental state with more ease, process stuck emotions and release tension in the body. Microdosing, like breathwork, can help bring awareness to what is present.
We combine breathwork with a (optional) microdose of our homegrown sacred stones to amplify the experience of both.


Note: No prior experience is required. Should you have any medical concerns or curious questions about participating, or you are interested in booking a 1:1 breathwork session, please contact us.
