Step into a space designed to slow you down, soften the edges, and bring you back to yourself.

RE–SET is an immersive 360° journey by OMnia at Vincent Hall & Wave Cosmic Yoga, where deep ambient music is not just a backdrop, but the thread that weaves everything together. Frequencies unfold through the space, wrapping around the body, guiding breath, movement, and awareness. A sound experience guided by Nect, more info on his soundcloud page.

We open with a tea ceremony in collaboration with Happy Teas Amsterdam, sipping Flow State tea with an optional microdosing experience to gently attune the senses and invite a state of receptivity.

As the music deepens, we move into a slow, meditative deep stretch practice. Each posture is held and softened into, allowing the body to release while being carried by the soundscape. The live DJ set creates a continuous flow — grounding, expansive, and deeply immersive — supporting the nervous system to unwind and the mind to settle.

Movement gradually dissolves into stillness, and the journey transitions into meditation. Here, the music becomes subtle, spacious, almost imperceptible — leaving room for inner listening and integration.
