“This beginner workshop introduces vertical Hashira, inspired by the traditional pillars found in Japanese homes and used as an anchoring point for the model. Open to everyone, it offers a safe and welcoming space to learn the fundamentals, from basic ties to body awareness and positioning. Participants are guided step by step, building confidence, technique and connection. The feeling at a Hashira is very different from bamboo, offering unique emotions and new possibilities to explore.”
