In een tijd waarin je vaak veel verplichtingen en activiteiten hebt is het extra waardevol en belangrijk om mee te dobberen op de stilte in de natuur. Ik zal je begeleiden om met je verschillende zintuigen je samenzijn met de natuur te verdiepen, om uit je hoofd te stappen, je lichaam in om de stilte in jezelf weer te voelen.
