Free Flow Disco: Music and Movement Event.

Jessica and Janita (Janita Janssen Yoga) invite you to a wonderful evening. During this Silent Disco event, we will take you on a delightful flow to amazing music. We will end with relaxation and peace. Everything you may need for this evening will be available at the Yoga studio, including refreshments.

About Jessica
"I am a flow yoga teacher who combines active powerful movements with moments of rest and reflection. I acknowledge that every body is different meaning there is no one size fits all. My flows are to empower and embrace the natural way of things."

About Janita
