About this event

Voel je welkom bij een kundalini activatie sessie: een zachte uitnodiging om te vertragen en te luisteren naar wat er in jou wil bewegen. Zonder iets te forceren, maar door ruimte te maken zodat je lichaam zelf richting kan geven. Tijdens de sessie lig je ontspannen op een mat en word je een uur lang begeleid met muziek in een veilige, rustige setting. Met subtiele energetische afstemming en aanwezigheid ontstaat ruimte voor wat zich wil aandienen — fysiek, emotioneel of juist in stilte.
