Founding Circle - Turning Point
7 Weeks to Meet Yourself Fully

Do you feel a part of your life is no longer working?

Patterns keep repeating. Tensions appear in your body. You hold yourself back, even when you want to move forward.

It’s not dramatic – just a clear signal: something needs attention.

The Founding Circle – Turning Point is for people ready to face themselves honestly, explore what wants to shift, build self-agency and the capacity to hold themselves.

Circle Structure
Small group – 4 participants maximum

* Intro Group Meeting: Wed 29/04 | 19:00–20:30 → start together, set intentions, first resonance space
* 3 Individual Sessions (2h each): every two weeks from 06/05 → personalised work with body and energy
* Closing Group Meeting: Thu 11/06 | 19:00–20:30 → reflect, integrate, share experiences
