SUMMER SOLSTICE WORKSHOP
Three practices for a shift.

As the sun reaches its highest point, we gather to move, breathe, and recalibrate through a curated flow of Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, and breathwork - A quiet progression held in nature, to release tension, restore energy, and create space for clarity.

Rooted in ancient practices, this experience is designed to support emotional release, nervous system reset, and detox and rewire old patterns.

The Experience
A guided journey through three practices:
— Activate through Kundalini Yoga
— Cool and rebalance with Ayurveda
— Land in deep reset through circular breathing

Awaken your inner sun through movement, breath, and mantra.
A powerful opening to energize the body, clear stagnant energy, and step into a more vibrant, magnetic state.

🌿 Continue — Ayurvedic Reset

Cool the inner fire and restore balance.
Through grounding summer rituals, herbal support, and practical Ayurvedic wisdom, you’ll release excess heat and reconnect with calm, clarity, and flow. Including cooling herbal teas, Ayurvedic snacks, and simple Pitta-balancing recipes to recreate at home.

🌬️ Close — Circular Breathwork Journey

Slow down. Land deeply. Integrate.
A guided circular breathing session designed to regulate the nervous system, soften the mind, and bring you into a profound state of relaxation and inner stillness.

✨ An intimate experience — limited to 12 participants.
