Experience a deep connection to yourself through the power of Mindfulness, Somatic Work and the Connected Breath (also known as Circular or Rebirthing). In a small and intimate group of maximum four persons, you will be guided within for an inner journey toward the innate wisdom of your body and the natural aliveness of the Spirit.

๐ง๐ฝ Mindfulness & Somatic meditation: a guided meditation I created to help you connect to your body, to its felt sense, to its joyful aliveness.
๐ฌ Coherent Breath, Connected Breath & Slow Breath: Align first with the body. Release stored emotions. Allow and give them space, Meet them with self-compassion and Learn to let go of them.
๐ซ A small, and obviously optional, dose of truffle will be proposed. The truffle will lower the activity of the Default Mode Network in the brain, which may foster clearer insight and ease surrendering to the intensity of the breathwork.

โข Walk-in and settling with a cup of soothing tea.
โข Circle begins: intentions setting and somatic work.
โข Coherent Breathwork.
โข Guided Mindfulness & Somatic Meditation.
โข Connected Breathwork followed by Slow breath to land back into the body.
โข Sharing, Reconnecting and Refuelling with some tasty homemade food.
The session will last between two and a half and three hours.

โข Come with comfy and warm clothes as well as with any item that will enhance your comfort.
โข Meditation cushion and blankets are provided.
โข An empty stomach is always preferable for the Connected Breathwork.
Healthy and Vegan snacks will be supplied at the end.
โข A notebook and pen, a bottle of water might come in handyโฆ
โข Everybody is welcome regardless of their experience with Breathwork howeverโฆ
โข Connected Breathwork is not recommended if you have one or more of the following conditions: heart disease, panic attacks, heavy asthma, epilepsy and high blood pressure. If you are following an anti-depression treatment and if you are pregnant.
โข Walk-in from 17:45. The Circle begins at 18:00 and ends around 20:30.
