The Inner Return is a 3-hour group journey where we work with:
➳ Spinal Energetics (group)
A nervous-system-led experience supporting the body to unwind tension, stress and protective patterns.
➳ Somatic embodiment + breath + sound bath
Grounding practices to help you arrive in your body, regulate, and feel safe enough to release, followed by sound healing to support deep integration.
➳ Integration + closing circle
So what shifts in your system can land in your real life, not just during the session.
👉🏼 How Spinal Energetics supports the nervous system
Stress and emotional experiences can become held in the body, keeping the nervous system stuck in patterns like hypervigilance, shutdown, or reactivity.
Through gentle, non-forceful cues, Spinal Energetics supports the nervous system in:
➳ moving out of fight / flight / freeze states
➳ increasing capacity for regulation and flexibility
➳ releasing stored tension and incomplete stress responses
➳ restoring a felt sense of safety and internal balance
When the nervous system is more regulated, we naturally become:
more calm, less reactive, able to pause before responding, and more present in our relationships, decisions and daily life.

You’ll be invited to lie down, breathe, and allow your system to do what it already knows how to do: self-regulate.
Rather than “doing” or forcing release, this practice allows the body to reorganize itself, often resulting in:
➳ reduced physical and emotional tension
➳ greater emotional clarity and stability
➳ improved body awareness and groundedness
➳ a deeper sense of ease, connection and vitality
This session is intentionally designed to help you integrate what you’ve been moving through, recalibrate your nervous system, and reconnect with a more regulated, authentic version of yourself, one that meets life with more steadiness and less effort.
No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are.

- Taking any drugs up to 72h before the event
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical condition that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release

Cancellations will be fully refunded up to one week before the event (minus service costs). After that, we are not able to offer refunds.
