This Temple of the Heart is a space to connect to your heart's guidance and to each other from there.
Before coming into the merging quality of the heart we practice setting loving boundaries, saying no with an open heart and saying yes to your heart's truth.
Through ritual we hold space for the heart to open in it's own pace, supported by cacao, gentle breathwork and tantric connection exercises we start to create a soft temple space.
The evening end's in a free flow where you are free to follow your heart's desire.

Ariana Lara Norcia is a tantrika and sensuality coach, with a mission to bring healing through exploring the taboo.
“My fascination is in transforming what is taboo into collective medicine.”

Ariana brings a unique blend of skills from her background in dance education, ThetaHealing, and biodynamic therapy. Since 2014, she has immersed herself in tantra and healing modalities like breathwork, Mayan abdominal therapy, the Wheel of Consent, and conscious kink. Through her work, Ariana challenges social norms and empowers individuals to reclaim their sovereign selves.
