✨ FIRST PRACTICAL NOTES

✺ This event will be facilitated in a mix of Dutch and English, all balanced out with the participants wishes.

✺ With early bird ticket prices, I want to encourage early decision-makers to book well in advance so that I can gradually predict the expected group balance/size, related to my reserved spaces.
I want to avoid any last-minute major impacts.

CANCELLATION POLICY
if you have an Early Bird ticket, and you are unexpectedly unable to attend last minute, you only have to purchase an Early Bird First-Time! ticket next time. So this is the offer and there's no money back regulation.

✺ expect an estimated group size of 12 to 15 people. There will be a max of 22 participants.
✺ The location will be shared after purchase of your ticket.
It is in the heart centre of The hague (Tram stop 'Grote markt', however it's quiet and private.

FIRST TIME?
✺ I also understand that if you are coming for the first time, you may be curious about what to expect, which is why an extra low threshold 'FIRST TIME EARLY BIRD' ticket is offered.
✺ First timers can jump in and catch up basic experience by participants from last time who will also join.

THE PARTNER PART

✺ You don't need a partner to join !
Traditional partner dances are based on the assumption that the man leads and the woman follows. This certainly can make sense, but there can be much more.
We rewire the approach to leading and following, in order to integrate and embody the sense of human energy polarity, either for women, men and non-binair...

Here we practice skills for solid and safe leadership and 'surrender-ship'. One important skill will be 'space holding', which is a foundation of healing.


✨ SENSE

Energy Polarity Dance is not a style, but a reunion with your origin, your sense of movement.

We'll uphold a field in which we can learn to master energetic leadership while being present in Movement With ourselves and with others.
Next to leading we reveal the ability to surrender fully, while still standing in your power and awareness, instead of just following by obeying!

There are so many inner healing potentials in all this inner mastery, based on eastern wisdom.

Energy Polarity Dance also explores liberated playfulness with the aim of revealing true innosensuality in a safe field.


✨ HOW

Every body has a truly uniquely story of sincere sensual drives and satisfactions, and for that reason...

✺ we don't learn steps. However, we do practice some basic principles of grounded movements...
✺ we will be slowing down, guided in presence and silence,
✺ We peel of conditions to get to the essential
✺ We will playfully exercise...
- on one hand based on spiritual /energetic /mystic /shamanic fundamentals,
- on the other hand based on physical and some technical skills that are used in many other (partner) dances.


✨ WHAT TO EXPECT ON THIS EVENT

✺ A warm, cozy, calm, and safe atmosphere.
✺ Slow, often mystical music.
✺ An accessible setting with room for playful practice, sharing and free dancing.
✺ Some meditative and energetic exercises
✺ Exercises for a grounded and safe guidance of yourself and each other, on a physical, mental, emotional, and energetic level.

MUSIC
The vibe will be guided by predominently slow mystical an mesmerizing rhythmic world/fusion music.

FUNDAMENTALS
For the time being, this Event is one of the monthly editions with an accessible approach, in which we will focus on the fundamentals of this dance. This makes First-timers welcome to join in almost every edition

FREE SPACE
Nevertheless, it remains a space where you can feel free to dance, or step out and sit for moments that you feel like. ...as dance floors are normally intended.


* ( ✨ WHAT TO EXPECT / LONG TERM

This form of movement offers different levels.
The fundamentals alone can provide a new unique contact/partnerdance experience when sufficiently practiced.
Advanced practice can mainly take two directions.
1. Facilitating energetic field activation and healing via the non-dual dimension (including kundalini activation), during movement incl. dancing.
2. Advanced sensual dancer and facilitator of healing sensuality with tantric awareness.

The in-depth courses will be offered from autumn onwards. )
