🎭 Learn and develop:
Impro theatre & contact lab

No experience needed.
• This session is about exploring, and bringing awareness of the touch, body language, our creativity, and space.
Movement and easy practices will be used as a method to work on those skills, and to connect while having fun, and some snacks.

Besides, the focus is on developing creativity at the last minute/unexpected requests or situations.

🌿About me:
I'm an Italian Voice-over actress and speaker, working as well in non-formal education for 2.5 years (Ex. Erasmus+), where I'm bringing these practices aiming for the creation of a safe space where people can feel themselves and have FUN, while they're learning something about themselves thanks to hands on experience.

📚In the field of storytelling and theatre for more than 8 years,
Hosting spaces brings me joy, and my intention is to build an artistic and international community in Amsterdam. 🌿
