KAP is a powerful way to reconnect with yourself and experience more presence, clarity, and aliveness.
It helps you tune into your inner energy and remember who you truly are beneath stress, conditioning, and everyday distractions.
By reconnecting with this deeper part of yourself, you may feel more grounded, aligned, intuitive, and connected to life.
WHAT IS KAP
Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) is a direct energy transmission that activates your own life force energy — also known as kundalini, chi, or prana.
This natural energy exists within everyone. As children, it flows freely, but throughout life we often build emotional, mental, and energetic blocks that disconnect us from it.
During a KAP session, stagnant energy can begin to release, helping the nervous system relax and creating space for transformation, emotional release, and greater awareness.
You do not need to force or “do” anything during a session.
You simply lie down, relax, and receive. Your body will only open to what feels safe and natural for your system.
FOR WHO
KAP is for anyone who feels curious and open to personal growth, deeper self-connection, and expanded awareness. It may especially support you if you feel:
- Stuck or low in energy
- Disconnected from yourself
- Emotionally blocked or uninspired
- Ready for more clarity, purpose, and flow in life
You do not need any previous experience with energy work or spirituality.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Nice to meet you — I’m Caroline, a certified Level 2 KAP Facilitator, personally trained by spiritual master Venant Wong, founder of the KAP Academy.
Level 2 means that alongside life force energy transmission, I also transmit states of non-dual consciousness — such as calmness, bliss, and deep presence.
As a former surgeon and mother of three, I hold space with compassion, safety, and care, allowing you to fully let go. As an artist I am an open minded and playful person for whom nothing is really too crazy.
WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE
You simply come with an open mind — there is nothing to do, only to receive.
In-person sessions:
You lie down on a mat with your eyes closed while music is played.
As you relax, your body naturally responds to the energy. I may gently touch certain chakra or meridian points to support the process.
Online sessions:
Online sessions take place live via Zoom.
You’ll set up a quiet space at home, lie down with your camera on, and listen to the same curated music.
The energy transmission flows just as powerfully through this format.
The transmission lasts around one hour, with time for introduction and sharing before and after.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN DURING A SESSION
Every session is different, and every experience is unique.
You may experience:
- Deep relaxation or meditation
- Emotional release
- Spontaneous body movements
- Insights, visions, or heightened awareness
- Feelings of peace, bliss, or connection
Some people experience a lot during the session, while others experience more subtle effects. What matters most are often the changes afterward — feeling lighter, clearer, calmer, more open, or more connected to life.
HOW TO PREPARE
Avoid eating at least 2 hours before the session
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, or stimulants on the day
Wear comfortable clothes
Come with no expectations, just curiosity and openness
After booking, you will receive a preparation guide by email.
WHAT TO BRING
For in-person sessions:
Comfortable clothes
Warm socks or a sweater, as you may feel cold during the session
For online sessions:
A yoga mat, mattress, or blanket
Headphones
A quiet space where you will not be disturbed
Please arrive or log in on time.
We start with an introduction and space for any questions before the transmission begins.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
KAP is not suitable for individuals with:
Serious mental health issues
Heart conditions
Schizophrenia, epilepsy, or psychosis
If you have neurological conditions or mental imbalances, please contact me before booking.
KAP is not recommended after the 6th month of pregnancy.
Minimum age: 18 years
By booking a session, you confirm that these conditions do not apply to you.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private 1-on-1, duo, and small group sessions are also available.
