Return To Her is a 1-day in-person workshop in Maastricht for ambitious, sensitive women who are ready to:
➳ slow down
➳ breathe again
➳ reconnect with their body
➳ and remember who they are beneath the roles, expectations and “I’m fine”.

This day is a nervous system reset & embodiment journey designed to help you:
➳ release some of what you’ve been holding
➳ feel safer in your own body
➳ reconnect to your inner self, not just your responsibilities
➳ leave feeling more grounded, present and you again

It’s not a fluffy spa day and it’s not a high-pressure “transform your whole life in one go” event.
It’s a homecoming:
a sacred pause in a safe space where your body, heart and energy finally get to exhale.

During this 1-day workshop, we’ll weave together body-based, energetic and soulful practices in a way that is gentle, grounded and deeply supportive.
🌀 Group Spinal Energetics Session
Spinal Energetics works with your spine, nervous system and energy field to help your body release stored tension, emotional charge and survival patterns.
Using light touch and energetic work, we support your system to:
➳ unwind long-held stress and contraction
➳ reconnect with your life force
➳ create more space inside, physically and emotionally

You don’t have to “do it right” or perform anything.
Your body leads. We listen.

🎶 Sound Healing & Breath
You’ll be held in the frequencies of alchemy crystal singing bowls and guided breath.
This helps you to:
➳ calm your mind
➳ drop deeper into your body
➳ access states of rest and repair that your system rarely has time for

Think of it as a massage for your nervous system and soul.

💃 S.O.U.L. Embodiment Practice
Inspired by my background in movement, dance and somatics, this practice is a gentle guided journey to reconnect you with your body and emotions in a safe way.
You’ll explore:
➳ simple movement and expression (no experience needed)
➳ meeting your feelings through the body instead of overthinking them
➳ remembering what it feels like to be present and alive in your own skin

This is not a performance.
This is you returning to yourself.

🕊 Reflection, Coaching & Integration Circle
We’ll close the day with:
➳ guided reflection to make sense of your experience
➳ gentle coaching questions to help you see what is shifting
➳ a sharing circle where you can be seen and heard ... only if you want to share

You’ll leave with:
➳ more clarity about what you’re ready to release
➳ more honesty about what you need
➳ and simple ways to keep honouring your nervous system and truth at home.

MEET YOUR GUIDE – Timea Giordano
TIMEA GIORDANO is an Embodiment & Nervous System Mentor, Spinal Energetics Practitioner, Sound Healer, and Soul-Led Coach devoted to guiding people through deep, embodied transformation.
Her work lives where science meets spirit through the body. Through a unique blend of Spinal Energetics, sound healing, somatic/S.O.U.L. Embodiment, and soul-led coaching, Timea creates deeply held spaces that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, energetic realignment, and a return to your authentic self.
With a rare ability to combine grounded presence, intuitive depth, and body-based wisdom, Timea helps clients move out of survival mode and into a life their body and soul can trust. Her sessions are not about forcing change, but about listening to the body, honoring its timing, and allowing what is ready to shift to move naturally.
Rooted in both lived experience and professional training, Timea’s approach is gentle, powerful, and deeply human. She supports people in releasing long-held stress patterns, reconnecting with their inner wisdom, and remembering who they are beneath the noise, pressure, and conditioning of everyday life.
