This yoga event offers three thoughtfully structured yoga sessions combining movement, breath, and stillness. Join one class, or create your own mini-retreat combination; whether you’d like to awaken the body with a flowing Vinyasa, deeply unwind with Yin yoga, or experience the balance of both!
✨ Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a flowing, integrated practice that links breath and movement into a dynamic, meditative experience. Each posture transitions seamlessly into the next, gradually building warmth, strength, and focus. Classes begin with gentle centering and breath awareness, followed by a progressive warm-up that prepares the body for more energizing sequences. You’ll explore standing postures, balancing poses, and fluid transitions, always guided by mindful breathing. We close with a moment of relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and connected to the body and mind.
🌙 Yin Yoga
Yin is a slow, relaxed, and introspective practice that works deeply with the fascia and connective tissues of the body. Postures are held for 3–5 minutes, allowing gravity to gently release tension and deeper physical blockages. With the support of bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you are invited to soften, slow down, and embody qualities of stillness, receptivity, and presence. Yin helps calm the nervous system and reconnect body and mind.
🌿 Morning Overview
08:30–09:30 → Vinyasa Yoga
09:30–09:50 → Tea
09:50–11:00 → Yin Yoga
11:00–11:20 → Tea
11:20–12:20 → Vinyasa Yoga
12:20–12:30 → Tea
You can choose:
• A single class
• Vinyasa → Yin (activation & strength followed by stillness & deep release)
• Yin → Vinyasa (calming & grounding followed by flow & energy)
💛 If you choose to do both sessions, the classes are intentionally designed to align thematically, flowing naturally from one to the next. Together, Vinyasa and Yin complement each other beautifully — forming a mini-retreat within your morning: energizing the body, quieting the mind, and guiding you through a nurturing balance of activity and rest, strength and surrender.

Small group (max. 9 participants) ensures personal attention and a calm, intimate atmosphere. All levels are welcome.
