Arrival & opening circle — Set intentions, meet the group energy.
Embodiment warm-up — Drop into your body and arrive together.
Deep Date journey (the heart of the evening) — You and your partner, guided step by step through conscious communication, polarity, mindful touch, and exercises that build trust and real attunement. This is about listening deeply, speaking honestly, holding and being held.
You'll leave feeling more connected, more grounded, more alive.
