Yogaphilosophy class with Vedaji on our state of consciousness in a world of destabilizing and disturbing facets.
With instant news and social media updates, we are constantly informed of unsettling situations happening in the world. This directly and indirectly affects our state of consciousness, emotions, thoughts and behavior. The basic instincts are either to flight, fight, or freeze but the uneasiness remain.
In this evening program, Vedasara Das will share his wisdom with us in how to become aware of these various states of consciousness, how we can choose to respond instead of react and how we can find balance and inner calm amidst external and internal turmoil.
Program begins at 6.30pm, you're welcome to arrive anytime from 6pm. Sit cushions are available but feel free to bring your own.
