THE WELLNESS EDIT is an intimate, carefully curated wellness day where movement, skin, mind and energy come together.
This afternoon experience is designed to guide you into a state of flow, balance and deep restoration. Through Pilates, holistic skin therapy and Yin combined with an introduction to acupuncture, we create space for the body to open, the nervous system to settle and the skin to glow from within.

The Experience
Glow Pilates by Lois Schalkwijk
Lois is a movement scientist, certified Pilates teacher and personal trainer with 10 years of experience and a deep appreciation for intentional movement. Her sessions are built on precision, control and flow, but what she values most is connection and helping people feel comfortable and confident in their bodies.
What to expect
You'll enjoy a calm, controlled Pilates session focused on circulation, length and continuous movement. Through smooth transitions and precise exercises, the class supports spinal mobility and opening through the upper body and hips. An intentional practice that feels grounding, light and energising, creating space in the body and supporting natural alignment.
Nourishing Lunch
A shared, wholesome healing lunch to restore and connect, crafted with carefully selected, skin-supportive ingredients that nourish from within.
Skin & Mind Healing Workshop by Jolien Schepers
Jolien Schepers, founder of Skin Therapy, is an Amsterdam-based skincare specialist who blends the energetic, scientific, and holistic processes of the body. Her mantra, “Love the skin you are in,” reflects her belief in caring for the body we are given. She has become renowned for her signature “glow skin”—a luminous, radiant complexion that requires no makeup. Using her own unique techniques—firm, loving strokes, pressure points, and acupuncture tool, Jolien sculpts and tones the face while bringing vitality and balance.
What to expect
We start with a self-facial massage workshop, inspired by Jolien's signature treatment. She will guide us through lifting and sculpting massage techniques that naturally firm the skin, soften contours, and boost circulation. By activating meridian points, you'll not only experience a radiant glow and improved skin tone, but also a sense of harmony between body and mind.
Yin & Acupuncture Introduction by Chitra van der Zon
Chitra van der Zon is an intuitive, multi-disciplinary practitioner of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and the founder of Venus Rising, an integrative women's health practice rooted in natural medicine and feminine wisdom. As a modern medicine woman, she holds space for deep healing and transformation, guiding women to reconnect with their inner rhythm and live in harmony with their unique biochemistry.
What to expect
Deeply restorative class, combining Yin Yoga and acupuncture will follow. Through long-hero, supported poses and gentle acupuncture, we will balance the fire energy with stillness — turning our attention inwards and supporting the nervous system. This session is ideal for anyone new to acupuncture or those interested in the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. You will leave feeling calm, grounded and quietly inspired.
