In this session, we take an inner journey together: from stillness into opening, from turning inward to allowing ourselves to shine the light within! An invitation to welcome your light again, to nourish it and let it shine freely. Supported by cacao, breath and sound.
Four experienced facilitators have come together to create this journey.
Each bringing our own qualities, our own way of guiding and one shared intention: true connection.

From this place of openness, Joram continues the journey through the breath. Using conscious breathing, you give your nervous system space to speak and be heard. Sensations, emotions and patterns that have been held or stored may gently come into awareness. With his guidance, you are invited to access deeper layers of your subconscious and move further into connection with your true, vibrant self.
All of this is guided by the live healing music of VEMRA, who carry you through this immersive journey and finish with a soothing sound bath, inviting you to fully surrender.
VEMRA is the musical duo of Emre Veçhi and Véra Capou. Uniting handpan magic with voice and ukulele, these multi-instrumental sound healers create immersive, interactive journeys that open hearts, deepen presence and invite collective expression.

- It is best to minimize eating (or even skip eating) in the 2-3 hours before the session.

If any of the following apply to you, please reach out to discuss modifications (maybe we advise to contact your doctor first). In most cases you can participate with some adjustments and have a beautiful experience:
- Pregnancy
- Heart conditions, high blood pressure (>140/90)
- Epilepsy
- Severe mental health conditions
- Use of heavy medication
- Asthma
