Six days of silence, not a spoken word.
All classes are guided in silence.

We communicate only through the body, writing and eye contact, at the rythm of music and nature.

In this non-verbal context we connect with ourselves, eachother en nature through contactdance, conscious touch, yoga and meditation. Without words our perception changes, we get more easily to the essence. In silence we are all equal.

For everybody who wants to slow down en connect beyond spoken word. For everybody with or without experience in Contact Impro, for everybody who wants to merge into silence, together.

All meals are organic, vegetarian and home-made. We sleep in our own tents close to the earth. There is an outdoor hot and cold shower. We even have a hot outdoor bath!

We will work inside the studio and outside in the wild garden and the forest.

Friday will be an "off" day. That day there will be no classes, only the structure of the meals.

Tuesday 30th of june:
17u- 18u: Arrival
18.30u: Dinner & practical info
20u-21u: Opening circle at the fire + start Silence

Wednesday 1st, Thursday 2nd and Saturday 4th of July (3 July is an off day, only structure of meals and evening meditation):

- 8 tot 9 u.: Yoga + Meditation
- 9 u.: Breakfast
- 10.30u. tot 12.30u.: Contact Impro Class
- 13u.: Lunch
- 16u. tot 18u.: Contact Impro Class
- 18.30u.: Dinner
- 20u.: Jam (with live music), massage jam or meditation at the fire

Sunday 5th of July:

8u – 9u: Yoga + meditiation
9u: Breakfast
10.30u – 12.30u: End jam score
13u: Lunch
15u - 16u: Closing circle + end of Silence
