Step into the colourful, healing world of Sri Lankan Ayurveda with us 🌿✨
On Sunday, March 22, we gather in Oedelem for a slow and nourishing morning dedicated to Ayurvedic wisdom, conscious cooking, and reconnecting with the roots of traditional Sri Lankan cuisine.

💸Price: €55 (explanation of ayurveda and recipe booklet included) and meal around the table.
During this cooking class, you’ll not only learn how to prepare flavourful Ayurvedic dishes — you’ll also understand why they are healing. We’ll explore the doshas, the principles of balance, the power of spices, and how food becomes medicine when prepared with intention.
Together, we’ll create coconut milk completely from scratch (yes, the real, traditional way 🥥), grind our own spice blends, and prepare a vibrant plant-based menu that is fully vegan and gluten-free, nourishing for every body.
We will share a meal together around the table and you’ll leave with practical Ayurvedic knowledge, new kitchen skills, a happy belly, and a glass of homemade kombucha to enjoy.
