Experience in a safe setting what it is like to step out of your head and fully sink into your body. During the Tantric Dance workshop, you discover the power of connection: playful, relaxed, and joyful. You are invited to open your senses and surrender to the moment. One person leads, the other receives, and together you dance without a plan or expectations.

We begin with a warm-up to release tension and become fully present. After a brief introduction and a clear explanation of the guidelines, we move into dancing in pairs. You will switch partners and roles throughout the session, allowing you to experience both surrender and leadership. Singles and couples are welcome; you decide whether to stay with your partner or open yourself to dancing with others.

Tantric Dance brings vitality, relaxation, and a deeper connection with yourself and others. You are guaranteed to go home with an open heart and a smile.

Women / Men Balance
My intention is to keep the women/men balance as even as possible. Therefore, please purchase tickets online.

Many men appreciate it when the male/female ratio is balanced or when there are more women present. To help ensure this, I sometimes temporarily hold back tickets for men during ticket sales. Once there are enough women registered, I release additional tickets again. To keep you informed, please join the waiting list. I will contact you as soon as ticket(s) become available.
Tantric Dance opens a playful field in which you can explore yourself and the way you connect with others. Curiosity is central in this dance form: how does your body respond to impulses, how do you relate to surrender or to leading, and which unexpected layers of yourself do you encounter? This is not a performance-based dance; there is no right or wrong movement. Everything revolves around conscious experiencing and discovering.

The guidance during the workshop is carefully structured. We work with clear frameworks and agreements, allowing you to fully relax into the experience. Within this safe structure, you are free to experiment with energy, intuition, and body language. This makes each dance unique and personal.

What surprises many participants is how quickly a sense of trust and connection can arise, even with people you have never met before. The combination of play, feeling, and awareness can offer insights that you carry beyond the dance floor—into your relationships, your communication, and your daily life.
