Leiden Ecstatic Dance @Dankjewellness with DJADE

About this event

Op vrijdagavond drie april is het goede vrijdag en wordt onze kerk gebruikt als kerk. Daarom verhuizen wij eenmalig naar Dankjewellness, een prachtige plek in polderpark Cronesteijn, waar we zullen dansen onder de sterren met onze voeten in het gras omringd met schapen en kippen. En de dikke vette kers op de taart? Tijdens en na het dansen kunnen we genieten van de wellness faciliteiten: sauna's, hottub en een ijsbad. Neem mee: badkleding (verplicht), waterfles, handdoek(en), je badjas (lekker dansen in je badjas?!). De dans is silent disco style, verzorgd door Djade.

Bij Ecstatic Dance Leiden ben je vrij om te zijn zoals jij bent op dat moment. In beweging maken we verbinding met de muziek, onszelf en elkaar. Volgens de universele guidelines van Ecstatic Dance: zonder woorden/schoenen/intoxicaties/telefoons.

22:00 - 23:00 Afsluiting met snacks en community time, jamsessie, vuur, cozy cuddle tipi&wellness

Je kunt gratis parkeren bij de Zaalbergweg, op tien minuten loopafstand, en het is vlakbij (trein)station Leiden Lammenschans.

Let op: bij heel slecht weer wordt het event gecancelled en krijgt iedereen een refund!

Friday april the 3rd is a Christian holiday, therefore our church is being used for a traditional service. No worries tho, we will dance at Dankjewellness for this one time! A beautiful place in nature, dancing under the stars with our feet in the grass, surrounded by sheep and chickens.... and there are sauna's and a hottub! The dance will be silent disco style by Djade. Bring: towel(s), swimwear (mandatory), a waterbottle, your bathrobe.

At Ecstatic Dance Leiden we welcome you as you are. Through movement, we connect with the music, ourselves, and each other. Following the universal Ecstatic Dance guidelines: we are in the moment without words/shoes/intoxicants/phones.

19:15 – 19:45 Arrival
19:45 – 20:00 Opening ceremony
20:00 – 22:00 Dance
22:00 – 23:00 Closing with snacks, community time with jamsession, fire, cozy cuddle tipi& ofcourse wellness

This event will be cancelled with bad weather, in this case all dancers will receive a refund!

There is free parking at Zaalbergweg, a ten minute walk from Dankjewellness. It is close to (train)station Leiden Lammenschans too.
