Open Your Heart with Song! Kirtan | Donation-Based Event

About this event

During Kirtan - an ancient practice from India - Mantra is chanted in call and response. 'Manas' means mind and 'Tra' can be translated as tool. Singing Mantra can free ourselves from thoughts and give access to the heart. This practice of listening and letting the voice flow is one of the most simple but yet effective ways to experience meditation. Through our voices we will create a field of vibrations and after every Mantra we take a moment to bathe in the silence.

🤍 Our community events are open to all. We believe Kirtan is a beautiful way to connect and build a community feel, you can come by yourself, yet do also feel invited to bring friends, neighbours, family and also the little ones 👶 are very welcome.
