Welcome to our Playfight Tuesdays!

Playfight is a relational practice we use to explore the space "between" us with care, authenticity, and power. In a playful, non-sexual, and emotionally open setting, you will have the chance to explore:

> playful, embodied dynamics to access your natural ability to connect to other humans
> authentic relating rituals to connect your heart and mind to the present moment
> conscious competition to challenge your capacity to be assertive and powerful, while caring and kind

Joining for the first time? This event includes a 45m introduction to our lineage of Playfight, where we will guide you through the main rituals and safety measures of our practice. Please be on time (18:00), so you can enjoy the circle (19:00) with clarity on how to keep yourself and others safe.

We bring in new games every week and plan bi-monthly themes to keep nurturing awareness, resilience, and capacity to hold complexity in our practice. For more details about Tangi Playfight, see https://www.playfight.org/

LOCATION
We practice in the yoga/Aikido dojo, Okido Yoga Center Amsterdam. You can recognize it by the dark, hardwood doors at the entrance, and it is best reached by bike. Paid street parking is available, though hard to find nearby.
