Through the gentle waves of sound - created by singing bowls, Gong, chimes, voice and other instruments - you are invited to unwind, release tension and reconnect with your natural state of harmony.
Sound has the power to influence our nervous system on a profound level.
Research shows that slow, harmonic frequencies can support the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body move from stress into rest and repair. Vibrations also stimulate the vagus nerve, which plays a key role in regulating emotions, digestion and heart rate.
You don’t need any experience, just come as you are, lie down comfortably, and let the sounds wash over you.
What to Bring?
There are yoga mats, blankets and cushions, you can bring extra if you want to get extra cosy.
Wear some comfortable, warm clothing.
