Fluidity in Motion is a structured, week-long immersion designed to restore natural ease in your body, breath, and movement.
Set in the quiet mountain village of Agios Georgios Nileias on Mount Pelion, this retreat combines daily progressive masterclasses with restorative evening sessions, all held in a shaded open-air practice space overlooking the sea.

A Progressive 7-Day Programme
Each morning features a 2-hour themed masterclass. These sessions build across the week, alternating between:
• Therapeutic, slower approaches
• More dynamic sessions to enhance mobility and fluidity
The work integrates:
• Scaravelli-inspired yoga
• Somatic movement
• Laban Bartenieff Fundamentals
• Breathwork and pranayama
• Meditation and Yoga Nidra
Evenings include 90-minute restorative sessions focused on nervous system regulation, deep rest, and tension release.
You will experience six full days of structured practice, plus one free evening.

THE TEACHING TEAM
Laurent Roure brings decades of experience in therapeutic yoga and breathwork, blending traditional methods with modern nervous system understanding.
He is joined by Pauline Memelink, a registered Somatic Movement Practitioner (ISMETA) specialising in the Laban Bartenieff Movement System for over a decade. Pauline’s work focuses on connectivity, rhythm, and embodied expression.
Together, they offer a rare combination of precision, creativity, and somatic intelligence.
