There is a tenderness inside each of us that longs to be met, a place that remembers how to love freely, gently, and without armour. ✨
But life teaches us to protect our hearts, to tighten the chest, to hold our breath just enough to stay in control.


In this session, we explore the thoracic belt of tension - the space of the heart, breath, lungs, and emotional openness.
Here, we meet the parts of ourselves that learned to close and the parts that are ready to soften again.


Through breathwork, fluid movement, emotional expression, and somatic bodywork around the chest, back, and ribs, we invite the body to open in its own time and its own way.
Not by pushing, but by allowing.


This session supports you to:

✨ Release tension in the chest, ribs, shoulders, and upper back
✨ Soften emotional armour
✨ Reconnect with vulnerability in a safe and supported way
✨ Expand your capacity to give and receive love
✨ Feel more spaciousness in your breath and heart
✨ Cultivate compassion toward yourself and others


What we’ll explore:

A deep, conscious breathwork journey (BBTRS®) focused on the thoracic belt, supported by movement, sound, and embodied emotional release.
An invitation to open gently and love from presence, not protection.


The session is conducted fully in English.
All genders are welcome.


Please note: Breathwork is powerful work and it might not be suitable for everyone.
Contraindications include: severe asthma, severe heart conditions or arrhythmia, vascular disease, pregnancy, severe mental illnesses (e.g. bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis), epilepsy, acute injuries, recent major surgery, or severe diabetes.
