OSHO Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your BodyMind is a 7-day process on Zoom, a guided meditation, that offers a space to slow down, listen, and let the body and mind begin to communicate again in their own language.
For about an hour each day, participants are gently guided to:
relax deeply, speak to their body with care and kindness, and allow its natural intelligence to respond.
It is a process of non-doing, of relaxing and letting go of any tension.
Our body is energy, our mind is energy, our soul is energy. The difference is only of a different rhythm, different wavelengths. When all three energies function in harmony, we are healthy and whole. But we have learned bad habits that interfere, when naturally all would work fine on its own if we just listened to the body’s wisdom and guidance.
There’s a quiet intelligence in the body that waits patiently for us to notice it again — something many of us lose touch with in the flow of daily life.
We have lost touch with our bodies; we take them for granted until something goes wrong. Then we go to a doctor to get fixed – just as we would take a car to a mechanic. We treat the symptoms, but while we may be able to force a symptom to disappear it will often pop up as something else because the root cause, within the bodymind, has not been addressed.
In a light trance, combining deep relaxation with alertness, you will explore and befriend your bodymind's creative and self-healing energies. You will be able to focus these energies on specific issues, for example smoking, eating imbalances, insomnia, aches and pains, certain habits or old patterns of behaviour – anything that needs to be brought to wholeness and balance again. Or if you don't have any issues, to deepen your meditation and awareness.
By enlisting the power of the unconscious, you will discover your self-healing capacity. Trusting your body and its unspoken messages, self-care becomes effortless and spontaneous.
During this one week there will be space for questions and some sharing. This meditation can then be continued or refreshed at any time.
