Uncover Creativity & Connection — A Dance Workshop
Step into a space where movement becomes a gateway to presence, play, and connection. In this immersive workshop, we weave together dance, yoga, theatre, and tantra-inspired techniques to awaken your body’s natural expression and your heart’s creativity.
Through guided explorations, you’ll be invited to explore, enjoy, and connect — with yourself, with the music, and with others. We’ll dive into musicality, improvisation, and connection practices that invite you to move beyond choreography into authentic, embodied expression.
The session will include a blend of solo and duo exercises. You’ll discover how these practices can enrich your solo dance expression and styling, while also adding a deeper layer of connection, sensitivity, and creativity to partner dance styles such as salsa, bachata, zouk, kizomba and tarraxo.
No previous dance or yoga experience is required — just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to move. Come as you are, and uncover the joy of dancing from the inside out.
