Why do we ever stop playing? This Thursday Sylvan & Marita will host an evening full of sports, play and loving massage 🤸

Playful Revolution is a movement for introducing more playfulness into our daily lives. In this collaboration with Kreatura we will explore the realms of Play, in combination with Movement and a good dose of Nourishment for the beautiful body.

We will play games from Playful Revolution, games designed to foster human connection. We will dive into Movement Culture with fun exercises and awkward stretches. Maybe even break a sweat! Once we’re warm we’ll try some partner yoga and move into the nourishment of a multi hand massage exchange.
