Join us for a heartwarming morning of connection, movement, and nourishing food. A candle-lit brunch and cosy yoga shala full of Christmas spirit!
✨ We start the day with a grounding moment of mindfulness through meditation and breathwork we land together, arriving in the here and now.
🧘 Next, we flow into an accessible and gentle yoga session - for all levels, to gently awaken the body and nourish it from within.
✨ This edition takes place in a super cozy indoor space, inviting a candle-lit and warm environment!
🥗 We close the experience with a homemade vegan brunch by Rooted Conscious Cooking, prepared with love and seasonal local veggies.
All are truly welcome, come as you are, and breathe, move, and feast with us under the spirit of the holidays.
