This Cuddle & Kiss Workshop is the middle session of the Sensual Play Exploration Day, which you can book as a whole. Throughout the day we carefully build up the energy through a Dynamic Meditation Session in the morning, a Cuddle & Kiss Workshop in the afternoon and a Special Night: Dirty Little Secrets (contact me in case you are interested) in the evening. You can subscribe to each workshop separately or for the full day!


This afternoon invites you into warmth, play, and gentle intimacy. This Cuddle & Kiss Workshop is a safe and guided space where you’ll explore the tenderness of touch, the sweetness of affection, and the playful art of kissing.

Through simple, accessible exercises you’ll learn to sense your own boundaries, feel your desires, and share connection with others in ways that are nourishing, consensual, and fun. This workshop softens the body, opens the heart, and creates a warm collective field that you can take with you into daily life.

Important! This is a more sensual cuddle workshop where also kissing and gentle undressing (underwear stays on) is welcomed (only if you want to).

A Cuddle Workshop is a safe environment in which you can experiment with your own personal boundaries. There is room to overcome your fears and to satisfy your desires. In a loving and warm atmosphere where nothing has to be done, you (meet) new people who bring you closer to yourself.

Consensual touch is healthy and reduces stress. It brings us closer to ourselves and to each other. Do I dare to make my boundaries and desires clear?

Most people enjoy touch and cuddling, but often don’t get to it as much as they would like. Many people also feel insecure or afraid to hug. This workshop offers a solution for this, by creating an environment in which people feel safe to connect and cuddle with each other. Nothing is mandatory. We explore our personal boundaries step by step in a playful and accessible way. The focus in this workshop is on loving attention and is of a non-s.exual nature.

This workshop is LGBTQI+ and BIPOC friendly. I strive to facilitate as inclusive a space as possible where everyone can feel safe and at home. Everyone can participate, even if you have a disability or are ill. Please contact me if you have specific needs!

You are welcome for tea and chitchat at 2 pm. We start at 2:30 pm and then the door closes. The workshop will end at 5:30 pm.
