About this event

Laat je onderdompelen in de geuren en kleuren van het bos tijdens de eendaagse herfstretreait.
De herfst leert ons loslaten..zals de bomen hun bladeren laten gaan, zo mag jij ook ruimte maken voor rust en vernieuwing.
Ton Bremer en Kim Vlietstra-Otjens nemen je mee in de ervaring van een uitgebreid bosbad!
Ton is gecertificeerd IVN natuurgids en Reiki Master. Kim is GZ- en buitenpsycholaag en Mindfulness trainer. Beiden hebben zelf de magie van de natuur mogen ervaren en vele anderen daarin mogen begeleiden.
