During this two-day weekend, we explore the foundations of tantric massage in a calm and caring atmosphere. Inspired by elements of Tibetan Buddhism, it’s an invitation to meet yourself and another with awareness and loving-kindness for whatever arises.
There will be clear guidance and plenty of time to practice. You’ll learn to give a full-body massage and be guided through moments of meditation and movement to help you stay present and connected. The focus is not only on technique but also on awareness, presence, and how you relate to yourself and another person. Everyone will both give and receive, so you can experience the massage in both roles.

What is Tantric Massage?
Many people have heard of tantric massage and feel drawn to it, yet still wonder what it really is. There isn’t a single answer. Tantra invites us to meet life as it is, beyond right or wrong, and to experience rather than explain.
That said, here’s one way to understand what happens: in the tantric tradition, *prana* is often described as the current of life that moves through us. You can also see it in a physiological way: as the natural rhythm of breath and heartbeat, circulation and digestion, the nervous and hormonal systems, and the subtle processes that connect body and mind — both consciously and unconsciously. Either way, it points to the same experience of aliveness and presence.
During tantric massage, this sense of aliveness can increase. Through touch, warmth, and presence, the body begins to open: circulation becomes more active, muscles soften, and the nervous system calms. When there is care, safety, and no pressure to be different, we can begin to trust and let go.
As we surrender and turn inward, sensations, emotions, or tension may surface, can be released or simply noticed. The body may also respond more vividly: through trembling, waves of heat or cold, emotional release, or a heightened sense of inner flow. From a Tibetan Buddhist perspective, by connecting with what is present without resisting or wanting, the body and mind can gradually return to a state of balance and ease.

About Me
I’m Laura, and I've been on the yoga and tantric path for about ten years, starting with more modern approaches and gradually deepening into classical tantra. This journey has enriched my life in many ways, helping me connect more deeply with myself and others.
I have a small massage practice and have trained in sports massage, Lomi Lomi, Ayurvedic massage, and tantric massage. My biggest passion is tantric massage, where everything comes together — presence, awareness, and touch — in a practice that is both gentle and profound.
For several years, I’ve assisted my tantric massage teacher, and over time the wish grew to start offering my own workshops and retreats. I bring this experience into my teaching and sessions, creating a space where participants can explore, give, and receive with care and attention.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Warmly,
Laura
