Life keeps inviting us to listen deeper - to the places within that hold both tenderness and strength.

Where the Golden Lives is a 1.5-hour online gathering of writing, movement, and reflection - a space to reconnect with what is real, to let expression flow, and to remember the beauty that quietly lives beneath the surface.

This session is for all of us, artists of life.

We all know those moments - when life feels tender or uncertain, when we’re not sure how to move through what’s unfolding in our relationships, our flow, or our emotions. When words fall short or inspiration seems far away.

Together, we’ll explore how to listen when you don’t yet know what to say, and how to let creativity breathe again through the body. 

Many of my poems were born in the midst of feeling it all - when my muse would appear like a wise elder, rocking the little girl within me, reminding her to breathe, to listen, to create, to trust.

After registration, you’ll receive an email with the Zoom link and a few simple tips to help you prepare your space - a quiet corner, your notebook, and room to move. A warm invitation to move, write, and listen - from wherever you are.

Those who join live will receive a small gift afterwards - a creative seed and playlist to keep weaving the golden into daily life.
