Each day you will be guided in different embodiment, intimacy & Tantric practices to remember, deepen and awaken as Her. Every day holds a certain frequency to embody your unique expression, and the different expressions of Shakti.

Through connection with the elements, with the earth & the sky, and meeting our Sacred Hearts in the middle, we remember how our body is a vessel of divine consciousness to flow through.

We become aware of our conditioning, move with our fear, our shame & and connect with the spontaneous expression of our desire. We work with the art of mirroring, with embodiment, shadow practices, movement & breath work, nature ceremonies, Temple Arts & Tantric Rituals.

⫸ PRACTICALITIES


We will start all together on June 18th at 5pm and we will leave the venue around noon on June 22nd by 2/3pm.

You are welcome to arrive from 3pm to slowly settle into your room and land in the space.

✧ THE LOCATION

We gather at a beautiful Retreat centre in Helvoirt, a beautiful, serene sanctuary nestled in the South of the Netherlands — surrounded by nature, wide open skies, and nourishing silence.

It is designed to facilitate inner work: an intimate, grounding and magical spot surrounded by forested dunes, offering a space to go inward, deepen and return to our feminine force of nature. The venue has beautiful spacious shared bedrooms and yurts, a sauna & a pond in the garden, forest around and we have our private chef.

Sophie is a Tantrika by heart - wildly passionate to explore the depths & joy of this human experience.

She is passionate about cultivating a Culture of Relating - where we come Home as Tribe and Remember our Nature. Seeing all of our relationships as sacred mirrors to expand our awareness and deepen as Love - and ultimately bring our unique essence into the world more fully and authentically.

As Intimacy & Embodiment Coach, she loves playfully guiding individuals & couples to deeper intimacy & and hosts Tantric Temples - to remember our aliveness & expand our consciousness - and ground this into our purpose, our relationships and our everyday life.
