Are you new(ish) to yoga? Or maybe you've practiced on and off, but would like to learn how to integrate your practice more deeply into your life? Find the style, intention, and path that fit your life with this introductory course!

Over four weeks we will explore question like:

- What does yoga mean to me?
- How do I find the style or tradition that resonates most?
- What is the intention of my practice?
- How do I find my Sadhana (sanskrit for “spiritual practice”)?
- What is my path within the greater scope of yoga?
- How do I integrate yoga into my life?“

When we first start practicing we might struggle with these questions, or maybe don’t even ask them at all. But the real transformational power of yoga is unlocked when you start to explore the answers.
